A group of year 10 pupils had the opportunity to visit De Puy Synthes, a division of Johnson and Johnson on Monday. The Blackpool site manufactures bone cement for use in orthopaedic surgery. The career focused visit gave the pupils an insight into the wide range of careers in this field, an opportunity to tour the site, plus a demonstration of how the product works.
